This is a full-time, remote role for an Account Executive (aka: Solutions Consultant). The Account Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, building and maintaining strong relationships, and driving revenue growth through our outbound B2B sales process. Satisfied Patient is hiring a driven Account Executive to join our positive, passionate, and high-performing team.

Your Role

• Proactively develop relationships with prospects to identify, qualify, and develop quality opportunities
• Own the full sales cycle: outbound prospecting, demo process, and close
• Manage your own pipeline through prospecting & disciplined management
• Become an expert in Satisfied Patient’s service offerings
• Follow the sales playbook, including updating new processes and best practices
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to onboard new customers through our best-in-class onboarding process
• Represent Satisfied Patient at industry conferences
• Keep Hubspot CRM updated, track pipeline accurately, and contribute to forecasting
• Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales goals

Skills & Requirements

• 3+ years of B2B full-cycle sales experience preferred
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong emotional intelligence, adaptability, and the ability to build relationships
• Time and organization skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities with competing schedules
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, while conducting demo presentations following the companies established processes and procedures
• Strong technical skills with proficiency in MS office and the ability to learn new systems
